Please note that all payments must be received in full at least 48 hours before the conference.
Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your WWPPM 2026 booking, please notify us by email at info@wipm.eu. Refunds are subject to the following cancellation schedule:
More than 15 working days before the event: 50% of the delegate fee is payable.
14–3 working days before the event: 75% of the delegate fee is payable.
2–0 working days before the event: 100% of the delegate fee is payable.
No-shows: The full delegate fee is payable.
Changing Your Delegate
Can't make it after all? You can nominate a substitute to attend in your place, provided you notify a member of the WWPPM team at least 48 hours before the event.
Travel & Visas
Delegates are responsible for arranging any travel visas required to attend the conference. WWPPM cannot accept responsibility for cancellations or non-attendance resulting from a visa not being issued in time.
