MEET THE TEAM
We're visionaries, directors, strategists, passionate advocates and awkward dancers.
Since 2019, we've been creating inspiring events that bring project management professionals together to learn, connect, share ideas, and shape the future of the profession.
Victoria Poole
Vicky is the founder of WWPPM and a driving force behind the community. Alongside her role at Program Management Information Services (PMIS), she leads the planning and delivery of WWPPM, ensuring every event provides an engaging, high-quality experience for speakers, sponsors, and attendees alike.
As the primary point of contact for many of our speakers and partners, Vicky works closely with contributors to develop inspiring, practical sessions, supporting both established experts and first-time speakers in sharing their knowledge with confidence.
Passionate about championing women in project management, Vicky is dedicated to creating opportunities for connection, knowledge sharing, and professional growth, while helping to inspire the next generation of project management leaders.
Raymond Poole
With more than 35 years' experience in project, programme, and portfolio management, Raymond brings a wealth of industry knowledge to WWPPM. His career spans engineering, technology, transport, utilities, and energy, where he has helped organisations adopt best-practice project management through the implementation of enterprise project and portfolio management solutions.
Alongside his extensive consultancy work in Ireland and internationally, Raymond has served as a subject matter expert in forensic schedule and delay analysis, contributed to arbitration proceedings, and shared his expertise through industry events and media appearances.
A strong advocate for practical, experience-led learning, Raymond combines academic achievement with decades of real-world insight. Raymond has completed his a MSc in Project & Program Management, Dip Eng, Dip ADR, and despite having many other certifications to his name, he’s not one impressed by TLAs (Three Letter Acronyms), believing that one’s true worth lies beyond the imposing walls of education institutions.
At WWPPM, he helps shape a conference programme that delivers relevant, practical knowledge and meaningful conversations for today's project management professionals.
