WHY WWPPM?

Project & portfolio management is capable of true gender balance. WWPPM is where that future gets built — on stage, in the hallway, over coffee.

Built for women

An annual platform where women in PPM at every level — from coordinator to CPO — set the agenda.

Open to everyone

Men aren't excluded: they're invited. The best teams are mixed, and so is this room.

Disruptors, not job titles

Innovators, founders, and practitioners from tech, pharma, finance, engineering and beyond.

A forum for women in our industry at all levels

The WWPPM 2026 Conference, taking place on 10 November 2026 at O’Reilly Hall, UCD Dublin, brings together a vibrant community of project management professionals, from emerging talent to experienced leaders, to connect, learn, and exchange ideas with innovators, founders, developers, and senior decision-makers shaping industry and global change.

Featuring influential speakers from sectors including technology, finance, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, engineering, and construction, the conference explores best practices, leadership, diversity, emerging technologies, scaling, and the soft skills essential to successful project management.

WWPPM is also a dedicated forum for women in project management, providing opportunities to build networks, develop skills, contribute to the profession’s growth, and help advance greater gender balance across the industry.

By showcasing both established experts and next-generation practitioners, WWPPM delivers an inspiring, multidisciplinary experience that supports professional development and may contribute towards Continued Professional Development (CPD) requirements.

Inspire, Challenge and Connect.

"Highly experienced project managers mingling with the next generation — founders, developers and c-level decision makers who actually move the industry."

We believe in a multi-disciplined approach to event curation: the most interesting practitioners from technology, software, finance, pharma, telecoms, engineering and construction — on an equal platform with the next generation.
